Multi purpose balm

Nice, basic balm. Slides easily on the lips, not heavy or greasy. Hydrating, I also use the balm for my cuticles when my hands have had a good workout doing outdoor chores etc.

Lip Service, Purely

I loved the product in the beginning. It was a light, an easily spreadable gel. Then I notice a whiter drier substance becoming visible. The dry substance is centered and not quite to the glass edges of the jar. It doesn't spread easily and is not absorbed. I try to combine the gel and the whiter substance. Is this the norm?
